High Beginner - Pole 1
The Next Step
Service Description
This class is designed for students who have taken several pole classes, mastered the fundamental movements, and are now ready to start working on transitions and small combinations. To help you decide if this class is the right fit, here are some key prerequisites: 1-Ability to hold the pole and support your own body weight with your feet off the ground for several seconds 2-Comfortable inverting (or very close to achieving your first clean invert) 3-Able to perform at least one climb 4-Can hold a basic pole sit for a few seconds 5-Basic understanding of grip placements and points of contact on the pole None of these need to look perfect or polished yet — a solid grasp and willingness to build on them is what matters most. My goal is to keep your pole journey progressing and enjoyable, not to overwhelm or frustrate you. If you're unsure whether you're ready, please reach out — I'm happy to help you find the best class for your current level.
